crafting and dancing

A group of us are going to start doing a monthly craft the first Saturday of each month. Let me know if you are interested in more information. This will be our first craft in March:

My craft this week is a compilation book of students' letters and pictures to Dean Evans, our school counselor, in celebration of National School Counselor's Week. I got the idea from the papertake weekly challenge. Here is the sketch . . .


Here is the cover of the book so far. As you can tell there a couple of things I still need to add. I am going to put the kids' pictures in tomorrow, they all did such a cute job with their little art project! I will try to post the finished product before we give it to Dean.



My new hobby . . .

Amber and I decided to take a ballroom dancing class. We were excited that our friend Valerie was there too. It was a lot of fun and we ended up taking the clogging class too. We'll be taking dance classes for the next month :)
